Our approach
We do not sell your name, email address, or game progress. The game stores progress and settings locally on your device. IliyaRed Games does not receive that local data.
A future release may display rewarded or other in-game ads through Google AdMob. Advertising is a third-party service: Google and the ad technology providers selected in AdMob may process information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and personalise advertising where allowed.
02 · Advertising data
What may be processed
For an ad-enabled release, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address (which can indicate a general location), device or advertising identifiers, crash logs, performance data, ad views, video views, and interactions with ads or the app. This helps deliver ads, limit fraud, measure performance, and improve ad services.
We do not ask you to enter a name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment details to show ads. Optional AdMob features or future partners can change the applicable data practices; if they do, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before release.
03 · Your advertising choices
Personalised ads are a choice, not a requirement.
Where required, we will request consent before requesting ads. In the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app will use Google’s consent solution or another Google-certified consent management platform. You can refuse or withdraw consent through the privacy choices provided in the app; ads may then be non-personalised, limited, or unavailable.
On iOS, if an advertising-enabled version requests permission to track across apps and websites, you can decline it in the system prompt or later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not stop the game from working. Your device and Google account settings may also provide further controls.
04 · Sharing and retention
Who receives data
For advertising, data may be sent to Google AdMob, its selected advertising technology providers, advertisers, and measurement or fraud-prevention services involved in an ad request. Those parties process data under their own notices and policies. Google’s policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not operate our own advertising-data database. Retention, transfers, and deletion for data processed by Google or other ad partners are governed by their respective policies and applicable law.
05 · Children
Age-appropriate treatment
The game is not directed to children below the age at which they can consent to advertising under applicable law. We will configure the ad service and age treatment in line with the game’s App Store age rating and applicable requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us below.
